Furniture Restoration/Upcycling Workshop

The restoration / upcycling workshop continues to provide the means through which local people can have their furniture restored.

The workshop provides placements for trainees and volunteers to learn furniture restoration skills and other work related subjects such as health & safety awareness.

All the work is carried out by people with disabilities, trainees and volunteers under close supervision.

The restored / upcycled furniture is sold at very low prices and has proved to be very popular with our customers. People have picked up bargains such as a stripped Dutch dresser for only £45.00.

The work is to a high standard and the staff can be proud of their achievements

Some wooden items of furniture donated to our furniture stores are selected for restoration. This helps the staff to build their skills and also provides quality stripped or fully restored items of furniture for sale to our customers.

Please feel free to pop in and have a look at our work and the items for sale.

We are open:
Mon – Thurs.; 8:30 – 5:00 and Fri.; 8:30 – 4:30
